Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales made through CollabCRM.com are final.
As our products are digital in nature and accessible immediately upon successful payment, no refunds will be provided once the purchase is completed. Due to the instant availability and non-tangible format of digital goods, return policies do not apply.
Recurring Subscriptions:
If you have subscribed to a recurring billing plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will not be billed for future cycles.
- Access to services will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period after cancellation.
Exceptions:
While refunds are generally not provided, we may issue a refund in the case of:
- Duplicate payments were made for the same product.
