How It All Started

2020: The Beginning
In 2020, like many service-based IT companies, we were operating at full capacity, handling multiple projects across different time zones, juggling various tools, managing teams, and making it all work.
Then the world changed.
When COVID-19 forced the global shift to remote work, our seamless processes started breaking down. Collaboration, something we thought we had mastered, suddenly became fragmented. Tools multiplied. Productivity dropped. Communication lagged.
And in that moment of friction, we realized something deeper: we weren’t the only ones struggling.
